General Policy

At Fresh Juice, we pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of our Mini Portable Blender. Due to the nature of our product and in an effort to maintain our standards and efficiency. All sales of the Fresh Juice Mini Portable Blender are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed, except as required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receipt of your Fresh Juice Mini Portable Blender, please inspect it immediately. If you find the product to be defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us at info@freshjuiceblender.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographic evidence. After review, if we determine that the item is indeed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or repair as appropriate.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. This gives you the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
