What FreshJuiceBlender is

FreshJuiceBlender is an online-only store. There is no shop you can walk into and no phone queue — you order on this site, and every order is placed with, and answered by, the company named at the bottom of this page. The catalogue is small on purpose: we list a focused range, describe each item with its real specifications, and publish the delivery, returns and privacy terms that apply before you pay rather than after.

How the business works

We do not manufacture what we sell and we do not hold it in a warehouse of our own. We select products from suppliers, list them here, and when you order, our fulfilment partner picks and dispatches your parcel from its warehouse in China. It travels to you as a tracked international parcel, and the tracking number is emailed to you the moment it is handed to the carrier.

That is why delivery takes longer than a local order: 1–3 business days to dispatch and 7–15 days in transit, so most orders arrive 8–18 days after they are placed. We publish the window we can keep rather than the fastest one we have seen.

Checkout offers 10 destinations — United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Brazil — and no others, so we never accept an order we cannot deliver. Full per-market timings are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

What you pay, and to whom

The price you see at checkout is what we charge you. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Because your parcel crosses a border, your own government or carrier may charge import tax or a handling fee on delivery — that money is not ours, and exactly what applies in each market is set out under “Tax, duties and import charges” in our Terms & Conditions.

If something goes wrong

Faulty, damaged in transit or not as described: we repair, replace or refund it, and we pay the return postage. Change of mind is covered too, within the window and conditions in our Returns Policy. None of that limits the consumer rights you already have where you live.

If you find something on this site that is wrong — a specification, a price, an availability — tell us and we will correct it and say so; that process is published at Corrections.
