Portable blender recipes
Every recipe here is written for one 350 ml bottle and one 30-second blend cycle, which is what a portable blender actually is: a single serving you make where you are and drink from the same container. That constraint changes the recipe. A jug blender lets you pour in whatever fits and top it up; a 350 ml bottle does not, so the quantities below are measured to the bottle, the loading order is chosen so the blades reach liquid first, and nothing calls for a step you cannot do standing at a bench with no power outlet nearby.
