Raspberry smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gram packet frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve
  • 4 scoops berry sorbet
  • 200 gram tub natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ice, assorted fresh berries, to serve

METHOD

Combine raspberries, sorbet, yoghurt, milk and honey in a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour over ice, crushed if preferred, between four tall glasses to serve. Top with extra berries, if you like.
