300 gram packet frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve
4 scoops berry sorbet
200 gram tub natural yoghurt
1 cup chilled milk
2 tablespoon honey
ice, assorted fresh berries, to serve
Combine raspberries, sorbet, yoghurt, milk and honey in a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour over ice, crushed if preferred, between four tall glasses to serve. Top with extra berries, if you like.
