We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

At Fresh Juice Blender, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your Mini Portable Blender to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your Mini Portable Blender is in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you meet these conditions and wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@freshjuiceblender.co.nz to start the process.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

There are certain items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, following the return process outlined above. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. Please ensure that your item meets the same conditions as mentioned earlier – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund's approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please don't hesitate to contact us.
