Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of freshjuiceblender.co.nz (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Fresh Juice Blender ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and pricing

We describe our products on the Site as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Any sales tax, VAT or GST we are required to collect is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. What your own country may charge on the parcel itself is separate and is covered under Import duties and taxes below. We may correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability before or after you place an order; if we cannot fulfil an order at the advertised price, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.

Orders and payment

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (for example, due to stock limits, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions), and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or ship your order, whichever happens first. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. If payment fails, we may cancel the order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to ten markets: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Brazil and New Zealand, and shipping is free to all ten. Checkout does not offer any other destination, so we cannot accept an order for delivery outside them.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and travel to you as a tracked international parcel. We hand your order to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment, and transit then takes 7–15 days, so most orders arrive 8–18 days after they are placed. Per-market timings are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Those are estimates: Fresh Juice Blender is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or factors outside our control where permitted by law. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide, and you are responsible for giving us a correct and accessible delivery address.

Import duties and taxes

Your order is shipped to you internationally by our fulfilment partner, so it is treated as an import when it arrives. What that costs you depends on where you are.

United Kingdom. We are not registered for UK VAT: we do not collect or remit UK import VAT at checkout, so the price you see and pay does not include UK import VAT. Parcels are sent without UK import VAT accounted for at the point of sale: your carrier or customs authority may ask you for import VAT — and for a handling fee before or on delivery for collecting it. Those charges are set by your own government and carrier, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay us.

European Union (Germany, France, Italy and Spain). We are not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS): we do not collect or remit EU import VAT at checkout, so the price you see and pay does not include EU import VAT. Parcels are sent without the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme: your carrier or customs authority may ask you for import VAT — and for a handling fee before or on delivery for collecting it. Those charges are set by your own government and carrier, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay us.

Since 1 July 2026 the European Union also charges a flat customs fee of €3 per tariff heading on low-value imports. That fee is payable by the recipient: your carrier may pass it on to you when the parcel is delivered, and it is not included in the price you pay us.

Brazil. Parcels are sent without Brazil's Remessa Conforme programme, so import tax and any carrier handling fee are charged on the parcel when it arrives. Those charges are set by your own government and carrier, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay us.

New Zealand. The price you see is the whole amount you pay. We are not registered for New Zealand GST — an offshore supplier only has to register above NZD 60,000 of New Zealand sales in twelve months, and we are below that — so no GST is collected at checkout. New Zealand Customs does not assess GST or duty on a consignment under NZD 1,000, and every order this Site accepts is well under it, so there is nothing further to pay when your parcel is delivered.

The United States, Canada and Australia. Prices for these markets are quoted without local sales tax or VAT; anything we are required to collect is added and shown at checkout before you pay. Where an order's value is above your country's import threshold, any import duty, import tax or carrier handling fee is set by your own government and carrier, is payable by the recipient, and is not included in the price you pay us.

If you decline an import charge and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we can refund the product price only.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and refund process is set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your consumer rights

We sell to customers in several countries. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country or state where you live, or deprives you of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under that law. Our goods should be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for their purpose; where your local law gives you more than these Terms do, your local law applies.

Intellectual property

Site software and original text created for the Site may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, marks, product designs, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of a third party's product design, image, or brand. You may not reproduce protected Site material without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or payment data;
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the Site without permission;
  • Resell or commercially exploit our products in a way that infringes our rights or misleads customers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your consumer rights above), we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach.

Governing law

Fresh Juice Blender is operated by GLX Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live (including United States state, United Kingdom, Canadian, Australian, European Union, Brazilian and New Zealand consumer protection), or of the right to bring proceedings there where your local law gives you that right.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
