These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of freshjuiceblender.co.nz (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Fresh Juice Blender (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We describe our products on the Site as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in NZD unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable. We may correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability before or after you place an order; if we cannot fulfil an order at the advertised price, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (for example, due to stock limits, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions). A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or ship your order, whichever occurs first.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout (including shipping and taxes). If payment fails, we may cancel the order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on the carrier and your location. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
Our returns and refund process is set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We sell to customers in several countries. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in — for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom, or the Australian Consumer Law in Australia. Our goods should be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for their purpose; where your local law gives you more than these Terms do, your local law applies.
Site software and original text created for the Site may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, marks, product designs, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of a third party's product design, image, or brand. You may not reproduce protected Site material without permission from the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your statutory rights above), we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach.
We operate from New Zealand, and these Terms are governed by New Zealand law, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there where your local law gives you that right.
