Shipping & Delivery

How your order gets to you

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and arrive as an international parcel. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.

We take 1–3 business days to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier, and the parcel then spends 7–15 days in transit — so most orders arrive 8–18 days after you order. Customs inspections and carrier delays can push an individual parcel past that; we publish the window we can keep rather than the fastest one we have seen.

Delivery by destination

Checkout does not offer any destination outside this list, so we cannot accept an order for delivery elsewhere. Every estimate above is counted in calendar days from the day your order is paid.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email at dispatch, and you can check the order at any time with your order number and email address — no account needed.

Tax, duties and import charges

Because the parcel crosses a border, what you pay in tax or import charges depends on where you are. The rules for each market are stated in the “Tax, duties and import charges” section of our Terms & Conditions.
